Welcome to the 38th Annual North Texas Council of Railroad Clubs Train show season.
For the 2022-2023 show season we are going to resume our normal schedule by having a two day show in the fall and another in January. The dates for the seventh annual Fall Plano Train Show are Oct. 1-2, 2022 at the Plano Event Center, 2000 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas. The Dallas Area Train Show is returning to the Plano Event Center January 21-22, 2023.
Even with increased costs, we are able to continue to charge $70 per table for the 2022-2023 show year.
Parking at the Plano Event Center is still free!
Setup times for the Fall Plano show are Friday Sep. 30th from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 – 10:00 AM. Setup times for the Dallas Area show are Friday January 20th from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday from 7:00 – 10:00 AM.
If you are interested in joining us at our train shows , please sign the “Show Rules and Guidelines” and the Contract(s) and mail them together with your payment to the address on the Contract. Information about table rates and parking can be found in the Welcome Letter.

We will continue to include exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. If all spaces are sold out when your Contract is received, you will be placed on a waiting list, notified and told where you are on the waiting list.

It is the intent of the NTC that this show season will be better than last year’s show, and with your participation, along with our club layouts, various displays, clinics and videos, we expect that to happen.
The NTC is holding door prize drawings every hour throughout the show. If you are interested in donating a door prize, please feel free to contact me or the show manager during the show. Your generosity will be acknowledged and is most appreciated.
