Welcome to the 42nd Annual North Texas Council of Railroad Clubs Train show season. The dates for the eleventh annual Fall Plano Train Show are Sep. 26-27, 2026. The Dallas Area Train Show is January 16-17, 2027. Both shows will be held at the Plano Event Center, 2000 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas. Parking at the Plano Event Center is still free!
The table cost for both shows is the same as last year. The tables are $80. The admission price is $11 with a $1 discount for cash transactions for the 2026-2027 show season. Both Shows last year were sellouts of Vendor space. The Fall Show was sold out in early September, and the January Show was sold out in mid-October.
We are increasing our focus on social media advertising to better promote the shows. The Council’s Social Media Consultant, Laura Martinez of Hermoso Creations, may contact you to include you in some of our advertising. We would appreciate any mention of our shows on your website or social media. If you desire a specific table arrangement or location, please include that with each contract. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you would like email confirmation of your contract, just check the box on your contract form.
Setup times for the Fall Plano show are Friday September 25th from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 – 9:00 AM. Setup times for the Dallas Area show are Friday, January 15th from 10:00 AM– 9:00 PM Saturday from 7:00 – 9:00 AM.
We will continue to have a couple of people assisting the direction of traffic in front of the roll-up door during setup and teardown. Unloading/loading is limited to 45 minutes, so please be efficient so that the next vendor can back up to the door. This has been abused in the past with some people leaving their trailer or van in front of the door for over 2 hours. Please set up your booth after you have unloaded and not while you are unloading.
