2020/2021 Exhibitor Information

NTCRC 2021-2022 Season

The North Texas Council of Railroad Clubs is pleased to announce their 2021-2022 show season. Vendor Contracts will be available soon. Check back for updates.

The North Texas Council of Railroad Clubs extends an invitation for you to come and be a part of our 36th Annual Train Shows this year.

We are late sending this out because of the uncertainty surrounding events like train shows during the Covid-19 crisis. After much discussion, we have decided to cancel the Fall Plano Train Show that was scheduled for October 3, 2020 but continue to plan the Dallas Area Train Show.

The NTCRC expects that there will be social distancing guidelines in place in January, but since these rules change regularly, they will be addressed closer to the event. We imagine that these requirements will mean keeping the number of people in the Plano Center under a threshold and perhaps also wearing face masks. This will be a learning process for all of us, but with your help we can have a successful and safe train show.

The Dallas Area Train Show will be held January 16-17, 2021 at the Plano Event Center, 2000 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas.

If you are interested in joining us at our train shows , please sign the “Show Rules and Guidelines” and the Contract(s) and mail them together with your payment to the address on the Contract. Information about table rates and parking can be found in the Welcome Letter.

Please mail your contracts to:

Chris Atkins; PO Box 525, Argyle, TX 76226

phone: 469-438-0741; e-mail: chris@railroadmodelers.com

We will continue to include exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. If all spaces are sold out when your Contract is received, you will be placed on a waiting list, notified and told where you are on the waiting list.

Our Contracts can also be found on our web page at http://dfwtrainshows.com.

It is the intent of the NTC that this show season will be better than last year’s show, and with your participation, along with our club layouts, various displays, clinics and videos, we expect that to happen.

The NTC is holding door prize drawings every hour throughout the show. If you are interested in donating a door prize, please feel free to contact me or the show manager during the show. Your generosity will be acknowledged and is most appreciated.

Thank you for your interest and participation with the NTC Shows. Hope to see you there.

On behalf of the North Texas Council of Railroad Clubs,

Chris Atkins
